Professionally welded in 2006 of tough but light 5mm marine grade aluminium.
Hull inspected with ultrasound in 2016. No issues. Isolation transformer used since then.
Very comfortable motion and Euro model is a much more modern design than other Reinke yachts. Ballast located under the yacht too for better AVS and extra stiffness, unlike an Ovni. 
Bright raised saloon with 360 vision and 2m interior height (184cm in toilet and 170cm in front cabin).
Easily beached for maintenance and strong enough to live year round on a drying mooring.
Powered by 25hp Yamaha Outboard, with lots of torque as High Thrust version. Engine not starting at the moment due to fuelling issue. Hydraulic lift also not functioning. Can be fixed but is old, so possibly best to replace with new Yamaha for €7k (FT25FETL).
Solent rigged with boom for inner stay for heavy weather or extra canvas. Standing rigging in excellent cosmetic condition but unknown age. Running rigging in good condition.
Sails in OK condition except for mainsail which needs to be replaced.

Reflecks diesel heater fitted. With water coil and low hours. DIY fire door.

Upgrade I had planned was to fit removable solar panels to the solid lifelines on hinges. Could possibly fit 2kw+.
VAT paid.

Some things to be fixed are:
Couple of extra blocks and clutches needed.
Saloon windows need resealed. Some done already. Takes an afternoon to remove and replace one.
Fridge runs but is not cooling.
LCD Screen on 12V electronic panel gone.
Deck needs repainted (cosmetic only). Easily done with caustic soda etch and 2-pack PU.
Some cosmetic tidying.

Low price for quick sale.
